Description
Baked Pink Sponge sheet is a frozen, golden brown sponge with pink internal colour. To be defrosted, decorated and served as desired. Dimensions: +/-370mm x 326mm x 40mm (L x W x H)

Ingredients:
Whole egg, Wheaten flour (Gluten), Water, Sugar, Sorbitol, Emulsifiers (E471, E475, E481,E433), Raising agents (E450, E500, E551), Stabilisers (E412, E466), Flavouring (E1520,E415,E202), Colourant (Icing sugar, Colourant (E122)), Preservative (Potassium sorbate (E202))
Preparation Instructions:
Unwrapping: Remove required sponge layers from case. Unwrap from plastic covering while still frozen to avoid damaging the sponge. Return case back into freezer without delay. Defrosting; Once unwrapped place desired number of sponges back on rack to defrost. Defrost until soft ±20mins depending on room temperature. Filling: Place sponge layer on decorating turn table and decorate with Richs Icing or Whip Topping or Bettercreme®. Finish off with toppings of your choice eg. cherries, sprinkles, fruit, nuts etc.
