This little bag of goodness brings a new level of healing power to the traditional heat/cold pack, filled with Tasmanian ‘Lupin & Lavender’, not only will you soothe your aches and pains, but the light lavender aroma will be sure to relax you.

The Tasmanian grown lupin content is much lighter than wheat, retains heat longer, without sweating and wont give the overcooked smell you sometimes get from continuous use of wheat packs. Enclosed in our natural, organic fabrics, you will be helping yourself and the environment at the same time.

Our Merino wool options are made from wool woven here in Tasmania and we have utilised off-cuts from garment production, to keep with our commitment to reduce waste and work towards zero waste production.

Support local, buy local…The Lavender used to make this heat pack is from Bridestowe Lavender Farm on the North- East of Tasmania. The packaging is 100% recycled, Australian manufactured botany Kraft and printed at Think Big Printing a locally owned business.

Heat: 1min in Microwave, check, rotate add for an additional 30 seconds to a minute.

Cold: Put in freezer until cold ( I leave ours overnight for best results) makes the perfect cold pack and natural cooling on hot sticky days!
